Our support team will help you with your questions and concerns about the tools in the SparxSystems CE Product Suite. Our offer covers the spectrum from E-mail support with our Tool Support to assistance with the installation of the tools through to individual questions in our Premium Support.

Tool Support

With our Tool Support, we offer you assistance by E-mail with technical questions about our Enterprise Architect, Pro Cloud Server and Prolaborate products. With the purchase of Enterprise Architect licences or the purchase of maintenance renewals, you are entitled to the following services for 12 months.

Basic troubleshooting of bugs and issues found in Enterprise Architect and surrounding tools. (This includes submitting a bug report to the head office if required)

Premium Support

Our Premium Support will answer your complex, individual enquiries about modelling. Experts from our team of trainers are also on hand to help you with special enquiries. In addition to our e-mail service, we offer you direct, practical support for optimum results with our screen sharing service.
