Dr. Horst Kargl has been working with OO modeling since 2000. Before joining SparxSystems in 2008, he was a research associate at the Vienna University of Technology and worked on projects in the areas of e-Learning, Semantic Web and model-driven software development. He wrote his dissertation and dealt with the automatic integration of modelling languages. His focus is on software architecture, code generation as well as the customization and extension possibilities of Enterprise Architect. He is the author of several professional articles, regularly gives lectures on Model Driven Software Development and is involved in industry and research projects.

Peter Lieber started at the age of 17 as a freelance system consultant at Borland Austria and was also responsible for TogetherSoft market preparation (both companies now Microfocus).  The transfer of technological knowledge in the areas of distributed systems (n-Tier, SOA) and development environments to software developers and those who want to become software developers has been a matter of concern to him for more than a decade. With this experience it was obvious to level the UML market for the Australian manufacturer SparxSystems with the motto "Do you still program, or are you already modeling". He distinguishes himself by his always new innovative ideas to chance-oriented solutions.

Dipl.-Ing. Franz Müller has been engaged in object-oriented programming since 1995. His professional career led him from many years of software development to requirements engineer and software architect. Even before his diploma thesis "Object Oriented Programming with Enterprise JavaBeans" in cooperation with Siemens PSE, object-oriented modeling had become an indispensable part of his work. At SparxSystems he has travelled the world furthest as a trainer and has held several trainings at a renowned consulting and outsourcing company in India.

Richard Deininger, developer since 2001, has gained extensive experience in the programming languages C#, C, C++, VB, Java and PL-SQ, as well as with the databases Oracle, MySQL and SQL-Server. Since 2006 he has been working for SparxSystems and, in addition to support, is involved in the integration of 3rd Party Tools in Enterprise Architect, as well as extensions via the EA API. He has proven his expertise in many customer projects and is an excellent consultant for Enterprise Architect programming.

Bob Hruška, a speaker and trainer with over twenty years’ experience in software and systems engineering, is Principal Consultant at Sparx Systems CE. He has played various roles in several industries delivering systems and solutions that offer real value for customers during his career. Also, he is the creator of the MDG Technology for C4.
Bob helps customers to de-liver business value from software development processes at an execu-tive level by providing pragmatic solutions to boost the likelihood of successful product delivery. He has trained many thousands of people – the majority of which have become repeat customers – and works with major organizations to develop work-able methods, modeling methodolo-gies and guidelines in order to better ensure their business success and long-term market viability.
