With additional chapters and adapted to the  version EA 8.0

With version 8.0 many new features have been included in Enterprise Architect. The menus and many query windows were revised, some menu items have been renamed for the purpose of better understanding.
The new Courseware takes this into account: The contained 357 figures have been adjusted to 8.0, the new features included in the operation of the manual:

• Direct links to the project dictionary
• Elements link from texts
• Structured Scenarios of chart break
• Diagram Filter
• Work Space Layout Manager
• Keystore Service
• WAN-Optimizer

The theory part of the Activity diagram was revised. Due to strong demand in training in embedded software developers with a separate part of the process optimization analysis section of Real-Time and Embedded Systems Design was added.
Behavior Changes due to feature requests and bug fixes has been incorporated. A separate survey of available additional window has been added.

The Enterprise Architect Book has now grown to 330 pages in DIN-A4 size.
